This is a very pungent bitter tea. I really don't taste any mint in this one but the flavor of the green tea seeps through very strong. I normally don't sweeten my teas unless the flavor is really unbearable and this one is giving unbearable. But, the Beni fits far out weighs the taste. I didn't go back for a second cup to drink. Instead I used it as a hair tea rinse since I have been shedding hair a lot lately and I will tell you I barely had any shed hairs come out after one use of this tea as a hair rinse. Also I developed a canker sore on my lip and I added some of this tea to a disposable tea bag and applied it to the area and it has helps heal up the canker and it has also kept the canker from becoming more inflamed. Would I buy this again? yes! Foot it's wonderful healing ability.
