Directions: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food or water. For intensive use, take 2 capsules twice daily.

Ingredients: Gotu Kola (aerial parts) 200 mg, Ginkgo biloba (leaf) Extract, standardized to 24% ginkgo flavone glycosides (14.4 mg), 6% terpene lactones (3.6 mg) 60 mg
