Serving Size: 1 Softgel
DIRECTIONS: Fiber Fusion™ Daily fiber: Day 2-10: Adults take 5 capsules at night with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.Probiotic Pearls™ acidophilus: Take 1 softgel daily. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush.Detox Activation™ cleansing formula: Day 1-8: Adults take 5 tablets with 8 oz of water in the evening. Day 9-10: Adults take 3 tablets with 8 oz of water in the evening.

Fiber Fusion™ Daily fiber: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Detox Activation™ cleansing formula: Do not exceed recommended dose, or take longer than the recommended period, as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use. Do not take if you are pregnant, nursing, attempting to become pregnant, under 12 years of age, have a bile duct obstruction, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family, including ragweed. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. This product contains Slippery Elm. Slippery Elm should not be taken together with any medications as it may interfere with absorption. If you have diabetes, gallstones, kidney disease, or if you are taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. If you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persist over two weeks consult a healthcare professional. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after use may indicate a serious condition. If you experience any of these symptoms, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
