Still need help deciding?

All of the lactation blends work to increase supply. Each herb possess different actions and creates varied results in regards to increasing milk production. As we each are unique and can respond differently, trial and error is necessary. For example the herb Blue Vervain and Fennel, found in Milky Mama tea, optimizes the let down reflex. Goats Rue stimulates mammary growth, an ideal herb choice for someone that has Insufficient Glandular Tissue (IGT) or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).

Please take a few minutes to take this quiz, however note that the results are not guaranteed that the suggested blend will work for you. It’s simply a recommendation. Additionally, please see our other post about Dairy Fairy vs Dairy Diva. Please read about the possible contraindications here regarding fenugreek.

We suggest when first ordering trying a bundle, so you are able to sample 2 or more products to see which one works best for you. If you do get a bundle, we recommend trying one product at a time for at least 5-7 days before switching to the other blend or combining product.

When trying herbal supplements, especially to increase milk supply, there is not a way to know before hand which blend will work best for you. We encourage you to reach out to a lactation consultant if you have supply concerns, the support and education they can provide is crucial.

Also remember just because something is natural doesn't mean it is alway safe, botanical remedies are not a "one size fits all".

Currently Dairy Diva and Milk Machine are our best sellers, you can find them together in the Breastfeeding Bundle.

Hello.. I am having trouble with my milk supply. I nurse my daughter whenever I am not at work. When I am at work, I pump twice. She eats 5 ounces every three hours. I was able to replace what she has ate that day plus 2 ounces, but the past few weeks I am only able to pump 3 ounces.

Hello, my baby is 5 months old. I nurse anytime I’m not at work and bottle feed when I am at work. My baby drinks 4-6 oz in a bottle when I am at work. I usually pump 4-6 oz every 3 hours. The last two days I have only been pumping 2-3 oz! I’m panicking because my baby is starting to not want to nurse but I have to give her bottles while I’m working and I don’t want my milk supply to go away!
